Since 2012, our food truck has been moving up and down the peninsula slinging authentic Southern Barbecue to hungry patrons. Good barbecue is all about knowledge and experience of our craft. We source our quality meats locally from Golden Gate Meat Co. in San Francisco and smoke them with only wood-fire on our multiple commercial smokers (we even have names for them). We take great pride in the food and service that we provide at our truck so that's why not long after we opened, we were named People's Choice Award at the Redwood City Blues & BBQ Competition.
